WELCOME TO GROW TOGETHER STOCKTON

Growing Together Stockton is a partnership of four local organisations, using the power of community gardens, youth work and intergenerational cooking to create better outcomes for all. Joining forces to tackle a variety of social issues, including social isolation, poor nutritional health and youth voice, the partnership will operate from two well established community sites and provide a wide programme of accessible activities for all ages. The work is based on the foundations of user led, inclusive practice which allows people to build relationships and have fun. The project is funded by the National Lottery.
